I.T Manager Job Description
The Hope is Alive IT Manager is primarily responsible for problem-solving and innovating, maintaining infrastructure hardware, managing team member and resident support tickets, and engaging team members, residents, and volunteers alike.

The Hope is Alive IT Team leads behind the scenes to equip Hope is Alive with connectivity and software resources to fulfill our mission of leading those suffering with addiction to radical life change. We are looking for an IT Manager who will be responsible for the virtual infrastructure of our organization and who has a solid technical background. The ideal candidate will be experienced in implementing IT systems that will meet objectives. The goal is to ensure IT systems and people are effective and functioning within the limits of budget, time and specifications of the organization. The candidate will also possess an ability to provide A/V support and program, maintain, and troubleshoot A/V equipment.
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position, based in our Central Office located in Oklahoma City. Our organization does have occasional off-site events that might require additional time on nights and weekends.
.Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals.
.Analyze the requirements of all departments and teams to determine their technological needs.
.Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software.
.Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
.Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to the Executive Team
.Lead collaboration efforts with a variety of leaders in the organization.
.Coordinate, facilitate, execute or contract all audio visual needs for HIA Events.
.Provide technology vision and leadership.
.Developing new or improved information technology systems.
.Provide leadership in technology best practices.

.Familiarity with Google suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc.)
.Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.
.Ability to coordinate and tie together all HIA software for most efficient usage.
.A sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, etc.
.Provide maintenance support for A/V equipment, such as microphones, projectors, lighting control, etc.
.Program and /or troubleshoot A/V equipment.
.Install or replace equipment, with knowledge of A/V integration.
